Our Strategic Advisory Council is a team of highly knowledgeable, experienced and influential leaders in the life sciences world and beyond.

Role of the Strategic Advisory Council

The role of the Strategic Advisory Council is to bring scientific and strategic advice, discuss high level questions and give external insights on strategically significant matters to LifeArc as required.

This may include:

  • LifeArc’s strategy
  • Research direction
  • Science portfolio
  • How best to work with external partners in healthcare, industry and academia

They are also able to suggest activities or direction that may improve LifeArc’s impact and success as a charity.

The Council meets every six months and is chaired by our CEO.

Scientific experts are also invited to attend on particular topics.
