Neglected Tropical Diseases
Supporting elimination and control of neglected tropical diseases
Neglected tropical diseases have health, social and economic impacts on people across 149 countries. These diseases have complex life cycles. On top of that, climate change and migration are intensifying the spread.
Our initial focus will be on a small number of NTDs, including onchocerciasis, lymphatic filariasis, schistosomiasis, and visceral leishmaniasis.
