Jan is the General Counsel and Company Secretary at LifeArc. He acts as a strategic advisor to the Board and Executive, overseeing legal and governance across the organisation, working to mitigate risk and enabling the organisation to fulfil its charitable objectives.
Jan’s significant legal, regulatory, public policy and commercial experience spans the private, public and third sectors. Jan joined LifeArc from the National Trust, where he was a member of the Executive Team acting as the charity’s General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to this, he worked at the Bank of England, and in private practice at two international law firms.
