About the role:
The Culture and Talent Co-ordinator play a key role in supporting the organisation’s Culture, training and development activities. This role ensures the effective running of an efficient, professional, and inclusive service.
This role provides high-quality coordination and administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring the effective delivery of programmes that enhance the employee experience, organisational culture, and talent development.
The postholder will work closely with the Culture & Talent team, HR Business Partners, and wider stakeholders to ensure activities are delivered efficiently, data is maintained accurately, and colleagues receive a positive and consistent experience.
About you:
Key responsibilities include:
Culture & Engagement
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of organisational culture and engagement activities, including staff surveys, engagement initiatives, culture campaigns
- Help coordinate action planning processes following employee feedback
- Maintaining trackers and support communications and reporting on engagement activity and outcomes
- Support the delivery of initiatives that build inclusion, wellbeing and belonging
- Work closely with our internal networks to plan and deliver events, campaigns and awareness initiatives
Talent & Development Coordination
- Coordinate activities for talent programmes, including emerging talent, leadership development and succession planning
- Arrange scheduling, logistics and communications for learning and development activities
- Maintain accurate records of participation, feedback and programme outcomes
- Assist in tracking development plans and talent data where required
Onboarding Support
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new starters
- Prepare induction materials and arrange sessions where required
- Contribute to culture and employer brand activity
- Collate feedback and data, and prepare reports
Data, Reporting & Systems
- Maintain accurate data across HR systems, including Culture Amp, ATS and internal trackers
- Prepare regular reports on engagement, culture and talent metrics
- Ensuring that data is handled in line with GDPR and organisational standards
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting and data quality
Coordination & Stakeholder Support
- Acting as a key point of contact for general queries relating to culture, engagement and talent initiatives
- Coordinating meetings, workshops and events including booking rooms, logistics, materials
- Supporting with communications and materials for internal campaigns and programmes
- Working collaboratively across HR and the wider organisation to ensure aligned delivery
Essential experience required:
- Experience of working in a fast paced, delivery focussed in-house team
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships
- Experience coordinating training, events and staff engagement activities
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Confident user of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with data and/or HR systems
- A commitment to providing an inclusive, positive and professional experience for colleagues, candidates and hiring managers
Desirable:
- Experience of working in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, charity, or not-for-profit organisation
Education:
- Educated to A-level standard or equivalent, or able to demonstrate relevant experience in culture and talent, HR administration or a similar people-focused role
- Relevant vocational qualifications or HR training would be an advantage
