Sara Brightwell-Muir is the Director of Clinical Research & Innovation at LifeArc.
Sara leads LifeArc’s Clinical Research & Innovation team, shaping strategy and driving initiatives that accelerate the translation of scientific discoveries into patient benefit. She focuses on building collaborative clinical initiatives, partnering across science and healthcare sectors to deliver innovative clinical research programmes that create meaningful impact for patients.
Sara holds a PhD in Stem Cell Biology, specialising in induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). Prior to joining LifeArc, she led teams at global CROs, where she focused on stem cell research and pre-clinical ex vivo disease modelling projects.
