Pankaj Davé serves as Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee. A qualified accountant, he brings extensive international experience from senior executive roles in major Fortune 500 companies, with leadership across finance, strategy, planning and performance management, business and digital transformation, operations, corporate governance, and large-scale programme management.
He is also a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee for the GESH Group, spanning St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Epsom & St Helier University Hospitals. Previously, he was a Non-Executive Director at University Hospitals Dorset; a Trustee and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at the Royal College of Surgeons of England; and Chair of the Finance and Risk Committee at Kidney Research UK.
