Description:

The YB2/0 cell line was produced by fusing Y3/Ag1.2.3 cells with spleen cells from an AO strain rat. It is a non-Ig secreting, non-light chain-synthesising clone and can be used as a fusion partner for rat B cells to make rat -rat hybridomas to produce antibodies. It has successfully been used to produce several approved biologic therapeutics.
