What the technology does

Polymerases capable of processing unnatural, xeno-nucleic acid (XNA) : alternative genetic polymers not found in nature

Advantage

Polymerases with the ability to process unnatural nucleic acids have been selected and evolved using a proprietary in vitro evolution technology, providing the tools to process a range of XNAs including ANA, FANA, CeNA, PNA and HNA.

Main application field

Various enzymes are available for processing of XNA, providing the tools for performance of selection and evolution of XNA aptamers with properties advantageous for diagnostic and therapeutic development
